Scott Forster
Director

Scott is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in the cash management industry, including leadership roles in operations, strategy, and business development.
With overarching responsibility for group transformation and growth at Australia’s largest cash management organisation, Scott played a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation programs and overseeing key divisions such as precious cargo and security fleet innovation. Scott was key to the transformation of the cash industry in Australia. He has also been actively involved in industry leadership, including as Chair of the Asian Cash Management Association’s Security Committee.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is known for his pragmatic leadership and commitment to best practices.

Matt Sykes
Director

Matt is an advisor with extensive expertise in driving growth, business transformation, and strategic direction across diverse industries.
Within cash and payments, Matt has broad experience in strategy, commercial deals and growth, along with organic and inorganic transformation. This includes building a banking solutions fintech from the ground up and driving strategy and commercial direction at a large multinational.
Prior to this Matt held a number of senior roles across corporate and advisory. Over his 30-year career, Matt has successfully completed deals worth over $2 billion in commercial, financing, and M&A. Matt holds a PhD in Management from Macquarie University and an MBA, and is a Chartered Accountant. He has presented his research at conferences including at the American Academy of Management and the European Academy of Management.

Darren Garbutt
Senior Advisor

Darren is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the ATM sector, spanning deployment, service, and operational management. Drawing on his deep expertise, he now works with organisations to optimise ATM networks, enhance operational efficiency, and develop sustainable commercial growth strategies.
Darren has spearheaded initiatives in global go-to-market strategy, supplier management, compliance, sales leadership, and fleet refresh strategies. His expertise includes ATM network optimisation, strategic site selection, performance analysis, vault cash sourcing, and the development of innovative utility models. He also has extensive experience in contract development and management across both end-user and supplier channels.
In his advisory capacity, Darren helps clients navigate complex industry challenges, from improving service delivery models and supplier performance to managing KPIs, SLAs, and RFP processes. He works closely with organisations to refine strategy, drive transformation, and ensure resilience in a rapidly evolving ATM landscape.
Darren’s extensive ATM experience in both start-up and large corporate environments makes him a sought-after leader and coach, capable of driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth in the global ATM industry.

Malcolm Clingham
Senior Advisor

Malcolm is a highly accomplished professional with some four decades of experience across international markets, particularly in Africa and the Middle East. His career spans the full spectrum of cash operations—from strategic management of ATM and POS networks to efficient CIT operations and robust Treasury functions. Malcolm has led large-scale ATM network optimisations, focusing on rationalisation, redeployment, and interchange-positive strategies to drive operational self-sufficiency.
He has pioneered Corporate and SME bulk cash banking solutions that integrate seamlessly with retail banking, and has driven digital branch transformation initiatives that enable 24/7 banking.
Malcolm has held senior leadership roles, including Group Head of Cash Management at the National Bank of Bahrain and Bahrain Islamic Bank, and Head of Cash Management at Al Rajhi Bank, the world’s largest Islamic bank. His work also includes major engagements with banks in South Africa and other African nations. Malcolm holds qualifications in human resources, labour law, project management, and Islamic banking and finance. He remains committed to continuous improvement, drawing on global best practices from Europe, the UK, and the US.

Paul Stewart

Paul is a corporate leader with over 20 years in payments, transaction processing, and business development. He has helped shape competitive alternatives in ATM and POS acquiring, delivering operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Paul led the expansion of an independent payments processor into a strong contender in ATM, POS, and e-commerce. He developed direct acquiring capabilities, secured partnerships with major card issuers, and achieved an Exchange Settlement Account with the Reserve Bank of Australia—rare for a non-bank entity—allowing independent transaction processing.
His expertise spans ATM and payment terminal driving, transaction processing, acquiring, settlement, card schemes, and central bank functions. His leadership has positioned businesses as credible alternatives in a competitive market.
Now a non-executive director, Paul mentors management teams, guiding service expansion, operational resilience, and market strategy. With a 45-year career, including senior retail and finance roles, he brings a practical, results-driven approach to complex payments and transaction processing challenges.
